Hopefully Jamie will look into getting this made into company policy when he gets online. It would make perfect sense and stop issues like this happening. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

The testers are meant to be continually testing CVS versions of the software, but we now know this is not the case so measures will be taken in this respect. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Oh? I was never told that and was under the impression we were only supposed to be testing the versions that were released in the testers board. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Back to the old AJAX drop down list issue... When changing a department the status drop changes based on the department, and we know there is a severe bug in this system as reported. However, I noticed this system of dynamically updating the status drop down is not consistent, for example, if you are in the main ticket listing and click the checkbox to modify a ticket from this view, the ajax system is NOT implemented in this view. I can set a department specific status to another department which should not be allowed. For example I have Department X which has a custom status "processing" but I can apply this status to Department Y as well, which will result in a problem with the ticket. So again, the AJAX system was not applied consistently to all areas where departments and status drop downs exist. |

I have fixed this by editing locale\en-us\templates.php. Find the below and change from: 'saveandreload' => 'Save & Reload', to: 'saveandreload' => 'Save & Reload', |

Thanks for sharing that fix mopa. It will help people work around it before .02 is released. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
