3.11.02 CVS problems - 09-02-2008, 06:11 AM

I seem to be experiencing issues with LiveResponse after upgrading to 3.11.02 CVS. I can no longer see tracked users, even though I can take chat requests. This was not the case with 3.11.01. I was told to upgrade due to chat sessions dropping for about 90% of our visitors.

I made sure to install the LiveResponse version that came with 3.11.02 as well.

For the LiveResponse issue, I was told to contact *snipped*. I sent him two emails over two days and never got a response.

I suggest you submit a ticket (http://members.kayako.net -> "Get Support") so this can be looked into.

HAHA!!!

That's laughable! I've already done that craigbrass! That's why I'm here in the forums! Apparently, I'm annoying the Kayako team so much that they resort to having me send out emails to people that don't reply to them, simply because they don't have the answer!

So I'm here in the forums because I'm willing to bet the Kayako community can help me faster. Ironic that a company that peddles a CRM system has problems with CRM!?!?

Well in all fairness...Someone has replied to my ticket (with a response that I've gotten by 3 other people - but still). We'll see how it goes.
