Hi Are the latest CVS build including all recent (i.e. today or yesterday) changes? This is because i don't see any changes in the changelog since june 12th and the cvs build still show version 3.20.03. Sergio Aguayo |

It is because no bugs have been fixed since then. All fixed bugs get added right after they have been fixed. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Please do not use the CVS build. It is full of half-complete code and has not been tested. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Still no Changes: 91% - if 3.30 will be released in September, i must re-new again the Support to download Updates and so i'm verry angry. |

I believe you do need to have active support in order to receive the new versions. |

Support and Updates are bundled into the same thing (I have mentioned they should be unbundled but....). Kayako call it a SUS agreement. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

GoneShootin: yeah, but if it was 910 out of 1000 defects solved, it'd still show 91%. The underlying error is assuming that the ratio of open to closed tells the whole story. Notice that on May 28 it was 88% (114 out of 129 issues resolved), and that by June 10 it had become 90% (127 out of 141 issues resolved). Now we're up to 135 of 148. Please notice also that of those 13 "unclosed" bugs, several are things that are believed fixed and waiting on customer replies, or something similar; we're actually closer than 91%. The 3.30.00 upgrade is the most complex and far-reaching upgrade we've had in quite a while. We're tying it up as fast as we can. Please be patient. It'll be here Real Soon Now (tm). No, I'm not going to set a date. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Well, you know what they say. The first 90% of the work takes 90% of the time, and the last 10% of the work takes the other 90% of the time. But yeah, we're getting really close. -------------------------------------------------------------------
