The proper file to download is the one marked '3.30.00 UNSTABLE.' This is the same build that will be marked as 3.30.00 STABLE if no problems are reported once it is released into the wild. 3.30.00 marks a substantial milestone in the life of the product(s). This build resolves 146 issues (see below for the entire list) and includes improved stability, speed and internationalization support. We are encouraging all early adopters and customers who are experiencing problems with the 3.20.02 STABLE build to proceed with the upgrade to 3.30.00 at this time. However, customers who are not currently experiencing problems should probably wait until this build is marked as STABLE before upgrading a live help desk. Please report any problems you experience with this build here in this thread to allow us to better manage them. We would like to remind everyone that PHP 5.1.0 is now a minimum requirement of your web server. 3.30.00 and future versions will not work on versions of PHP earlier than 5.1.0. I don't see the WHMCS loginshare added to this version. Can you guys PLEASE add the loginshare for WHMCS to the next stable???? It was requested tons times through the forums since WHMCS integration was released. |

I do not think that would work. The software extensively uses Product URL throughout the software so if you set that to https you will have to access everything using https. I think Kayako allows you to override the themepath however you will also have to edit all email templates as well. Hi there, Unfortunately this had to be moved to the next release (following 3.30.00) we will make in order to speed up the release of all the important bug fixes 3.30.00 will bring. As the WHMCS integration that we provide is working soundly (including the integration-dependant LoginShare), this was inevitably one of the features to be delayed first. If you look at the roadmaps, you will see that 3.30.01 is near-empty (it is a buffer for any major bugs that turn up following 3.30.00, should there be any) and that 3.30.02 is itself a very small roadmap and therefore will take a lot less time to get out of the door, so you will not need to wait long before this. Because we recall that this is a highly anticipated feature that people were expecting in 3.30.00, we will do our best to ensure its completion as soon as possible. Being an individual LoginShare file, we will also be able to release it separately (you won't need to wait until the actual release of 3.20.02 in order to receive it). Please stay tuned, and thank you for your continued patience with regards to this feature. -------------------------------------------------------------------

also i know i am a pain and i will ask again is there any chance you can make the livechat code we add to site Validate code it must be a very simple ask its a small amount of code i would like this before v4 as that is way off i can accept the rest of the script is not Validate i just want the small bit of live chat code done please |
