Hi

Has anyone had problems with HTML Live Button for the LiveSupport of SupportSuite?

Ever since i upgraded to the latest version the button will not work at all

Any advise will be a good help

fixed by reverting the template

Revert chatimage template to fix the button. Besides that you also need to revert all images marked as "Upgrade Revert Required" under:
Admin CP > Templates > Restore Templates > Select Upgrade Revert Required > List
