| 3.50.06 esupport problem with email parser -

Hello,
i have i problem with email parser in kayako esupport ver. 3.50.06.
When I click on the icon "View E-Mail Headers," I see the message:
"Invalid parser log entry. Make sure that the parser log entry exists in the database and has not been deleted."
The problem is that the message is from yesterday ...
What could be the cause? What should I check to fix this?
