Ability to assign to multiple template groups

Greetings!

Back in January I posted a thread regarding the ability to assign multiple template groups to new articles. To date I have not seen any sort of resolution from Kayako to the problem or even when it will get fixed. I had hoped the last stable release would have had it but to no avail. With other areas of the application allowing multiple template group selections, this definitely sticks out. And I have to admit I have users that are missing out on important information unless I duplicate the news articles X times over.

Can anyone at Kayako tell me when this is going to get fixed? It is keeping me from being able to do what I need to with my users long term. I know and appreciate that you have lots of projects to work on, but I do as well.
