Just set up the owned version of Support Suite 3.30.02 Stable and opened it to users over the weekend. Already had a user report that when he registered his new account and logged in after clicking the "remember me" button on the main support page, he gets a blank page and can't get anywhere else in the portal. He was using IE 7 and was able to replicate the issue in Firefox. I was able to replicate the issue in Firefox and Safari on my Mac. After clicking Login, the URL goes to index.php and sits there. If I clear all the cookies for the site, I can log back in again. But as soon as I log in and click Remember Me, I can't get to the login page again. A couple of notes about our installation: 1. have the site installed at www.domain.com/support 2. have the entire site under SSL (via .htaccess settings in the /support folder) 3. have a test installation installed in a parallel path (www.domain.com/test) and we're seeing the behavior in both 4. not using any integrated login modules, just native Support Suite I've gone through the forums and haven't seen anyone else report this kind of issue. Anyone seen this or have any suggestions before I open a support case with Kayako? Thanks! -Q |
