Ok I do have active directory working, but there are still some inherent problems. If a user submits a ticket via email before he/she has logged into the system it will create a username and generate a password for that user in the database. When that user receives a ticket confirmation and then tries to login they get username or password incorrect on both their AD username/password as well as email/password (auto generated one). If I delete them as a user in the system then they are able to login using AD. I am not a coder and a script like this is beyond me. Has anyone found a way (or taken the time to write a script) to import all AD users into the database?

I would like to see basic script that can be ran from the auto import from AD as a feature.

Only one person can solve this problem quickly, that is Varun.

Download Toad for MySQL tool which is a freeware. Link to your database. Go to "swusers" and "swuseremails" table, delete all the records. No code required. Simple !

It's much easier to delete the user from the StaffCP.

Go to Users -> Manage Users.
