Is it possible to get this resolved... I REALLY need it fixed urgently, and I'm sure it wouldn't take long. I emailed support two days ago with "Critical" and haven't received a reply.
The problem (again): When logging in using ADS auth, Kayako uses any email address that the user has, so then when the user replies, if the primary email address wasn't selected when the user logged in, the reply gets deleted (I assume) because the email address doesn't match the ticket.
As it stands, the ADS integration is pretty much pointless for any organisation that has more than one email address... |
