Hi, i've run into the issue that when I authenticate with Active Directory, it's possible for users not be able to login, providing that their email address is already associated with an existing ticket. Example: i added a ticket, with user_a@example.com on the contact list of it. When user_a@example.com went to login via AD LoginShare, they were unable to - the authentication fails (after the info has been looked up, and the user has their password verified - around line 170 in activedirectory.login.php, after "// By now we have authenticated this user.") After deleting the user account of user_a@example.com, they were able to login via ActiveDirectory. So it's a little bit of a problem - it's most likely that the users might end up with an email before some of them login. Either: a) how do i disable automatic account creation when emails are sent or b) what's the correct way to fix the above scenario? thanks! mdaitc. |
