Add Custom Field - Show in Custom VIew - 18-07-2006, 01:57 PM

I've added a custom field, Client ID. When I look at a user record in Manage Users, that field is there.

I want to add this field to a custom ticket display. However, when I go to Tickets/Edit View, the Client ID field is NOT in the drop down. What do I need to do to display the Client ID in a Ticket view?
