| Add "Group Title" to Ticket Summary Screen -

In the ticket views area of the solution you are able to select which fields to display but currently there does not appear to be an option for selecting the "department" or "company" that a ticket is opened by. We have created many templates for our departments and companies that we support. We can see all the tickets but would like to sort based on department/company name. Is there a way to update the "Fields to Display" within the "Edit Views" interface with the "Group Title" field? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks. |
