To add a new field in the ticket.This is not a custom field

Hey How do I add a new field in ticket details.i.e Consider I have mutiple clients who send tickets. I want my staff people to see the client name in the ticket details fields means i want a new field like client which is set accordingly based on the client name. Inorder to do this I nee to add the new field .How do I do that? Creating a new field

You have three options.
1. You can create separate department for each client or
2. Create separate username and password for them or
3. Try using select custom field, ask them to select their name from a list of names. When they submit a ticket, you can see their name.
