Add staff name to ticket when replying

How can I add staff's name to the ticket when he's replying to a tkt?

I tried modifying email_staffreply template, but I dont know which variable to use as staff Full Name.

While POST REPLYING to a message, staff can select their name in the From field instead of Department.

yes, but in our exchange it shows the name from the directory instead of the FROM field.
so I thought another way to do it is just adding at the end a field with the full name of the staff member.

can that be done?
