Add Time Spent to Public Customer Support Center - 10-06-2008, 05:30 AM

I have a customer who would like to audit time spent on all tickets. When reviewing the public customer support center "view tickets" area, there isn't a column to display actual time spent.

Even viewing the detail of a ticket will not show actual time spent.

Is there a way to provide the time spent on the main page in the "view tickets" area?
