What is this exactly?

Hi,

It means that "User is notified by email when his ticket is closed by the system after specified time".
For more clarification please look for auto close from Admin CP -> Settings -> Tickets -> Auto Close Settings.

We think , a TICKET must be AUTOCLOSED , ONLY if user is not answering.
Tickets in open state , pending by the Staff , MUST NOT BE AUTOCLOSED...

Actually , Kayako system is closing all kind of tickets

Don't you think ?

Hi dbanda,

The system will only close tickets of a certain status in certain departments that you set (Administrator Control Panel > Settings > Tickets > Auto Close).
