Having it in the title bar is not something Kayako force. We outnumbered Kayako on this topic a while back and they reversed the decision. The only place it is required is at the bottom of the pages which would still show when using an iFrame. If you wish to remove this too, copyright removal can be purchased for just under $200 via the members area. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

. A couple of our customers presented some effective arguments as to how forcing our branding in their title bars could affect their SEO, we agreed, and changed the branding policy.-------------------------------------------------------------------

....which is the same as what I said. One person brought it up, several of us backed him up and Varun decided to go with us on it. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Mister Bloom: iframes cause serious problems for all applications with Javascript network components due to the widely differing nature of cross site scripting policies in different browsers. I recommend you use a different approach than iframes; they are not worth the pain in the long run. -------------------------------------------------------------------
