| Member Posts: 48 Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: Virginia Beach, VA | I'd like the ability to add to the header or footer of all email alerts sent to staff members to alert them that if they reply to the note or to the ticket alert, that email will go *directly* to the customer. Any suggestions for doing this? I was looking through the language database, but I can't find a good phrase to include this warning. Or, would anyone happen to know where in the PHP code I may be able to edit the code and enable this for any alerts sent out (if the ability for staff members to reply to alerts is enabled). You mind giving me some pointers of how to get that flag from the language and where within the code to make sure that the language is presented to the staff member? I know how to create the language item, but not how to insert it into an alert.
