I'm going insane on this one. I want to find tickets including the phrase "brown cow". I don't want brown.. don't want cow.. want "brown cow". Is there SOME WAY to actually specify a full phrase/string like this? I've tried quotes, regex, etc. with no luck. |

If that search is using the MySql search, support gave me the following info: MySQL full text search has certain restrictions. 1. Word to be searched should be 3 characters in length. 2. It should not be common. 3. It should appear in at least 3 records. 4. Common words like in, are etc. are ignored. HTH, Rich Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client (i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles. Cheers! |
