Advice needed

Hi,

Just evaluating Kayako at our college using the MS AD login share (development server). I think this product has excellent potential but I have got one big problem; we use Netware 6.5 and I cannot get Kayako to integrate with E-directory. The only way our teachers will use this software is if they can login with the same network credentials. We already have several other products like Moodle, virtual office, etc and teachers are constantly getting confused - bless em :O)

Anyway, to get things started I was going to dump user names, passwords and email addresses from Netware into a CSV file and then hopefully into Kayako's DB. Is this possible? has anybody already done this, and would they be willing to share the script?

Also, I am on the look out for a talented PHP programmer that could possibly modify loginshare to work with Netware. Naturally this will be paid.
