I've been going crazy that searches and for that most of the AJAX in admin/staff doesn't work.
I finally got a resonse from kayako support asking for admin access to my helpdesk and they told me to upgrade. I upgraded to 3.00.32 and still the issue remains....
....... but I've found out it most definitely is a browser issue.
I bought a new laptop yesterday and BEFORE I did any windows updates all the search facilities etc worked.....
Strange... after I updated it using Windows Update all stopped working.

Do Kayako depelop and run and test on unpatched XP machines!??
