Alerting support person when ticket assigned - 25-01-2008, 07:48 AM

Hi,

I have an SLA that assigns a ticket to the boss man if its left for a given amount of time.

I know I have seen somewhere in kayako the ability to email the boss man when a ticket is assigned jsut to him, but I can't find it know. Anyone know where it is?

You'll find what you're looking for under Ticket Alerts (staff cp, under the Tickets tab).
