Question Alerts - Can they include the Owner Name? - 26-01-2006, 10:38 PM

In the bottom where the eSupport system leaves the Ticket Details like:

Ticket Details:
Ticket ID: 1192
Department: Support
Priority: Low
Status: Open


How can I add "Owner: Staff Name"?
