Hi, Having trouble receiving alerts. We're using Google Apps as our email service, and having trouble with getting alerts displayed inside the Google Apps (essentially Gmail) inbox. I suspect it's because Google Apps believes the email is being spoofed (i.e. alert emails are being sent from support@example.com to staff1@example.com, staff2@example.com - and because Google Apps has no record of the email being sent, it filters the email before it hits the inbox, and doesn't even show it in the spam folders...) SMTP won't work because Google Apps requires STARTTLS/SSL authentication. SPF settings are: v=spf1 mx ip4:{HOSTING SERVER IP ADDRESS} include:aspmx.googlemail.com include:{example.com} include:ip4:{HOSTING SERVER IP ADDRESS} ~all Can you help me here? Brent |
