Alerts for Multiple Users (In a User Group)

Hello: using K3.32:

If we have multiple Registered Users (clients), where one is a regular user beloning to a User Group, and the other is a User-Type of Manager (of that same User Group)....

I want to construct an alert that will alert all members of the User Group, or at least the Manager of that User Group when any User member updates or submits a ticket.

At this point, I cannot see how to implement this in K3.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

The only way I know of is to create a fake user that has the email address of an alias (or list) and setup alert rules for that user.

Yeah, we've done that- I hate it.

Message to Kayako: if you can allow alerts to apply to USER GROUPS that would be a great feature.
