Alerts: "New Client Reply" - 07-10-2005, 03:14 AM

I'm having a little problem while configuring all my email templates etc. Its not major, just an annoyance, but the alert emails always get sent out saying "New Client Reply" on the front - even when its a staff reply. eSupport definatley knows its a staff reply because it says so on the ticket view screen, and also because its correctly using the right parts of the template based on a <{if $replytype == "staff"}> statement. Its just the prefix of the subject which is being annoying!

Is anyone else seeing this, is it a bug, or have I set something wrong somewhere?

Are you guys being notified when people open new tickets? I get some, but others just seem to be opened silently. Not good, because it's those e-mails that tell me to check the helpdesk.

you need to set alert in staff area -_-
unofficial solution? i went to the language file and remove the "New Client Reply" Entirely....it is better not see this now

Yeah, I have. That's the thing. But I get some notifications and others I don't. Just wondering if anybody else was experiencing the same issue (I know others were having the problem before 3.00.27).

This has been driving me nuts .. where do I find the language file to remove the word 'Client' from that 'New Client Reply' ?
