All permissions in Kayako needs Modification

Please forgive me I do not want to be rude and I appreciate the work of programmers but the permission system in kayako does not seem to be logical for team work.


Staffs should not be able to edit other staffs assigned task
This does not make sense.

all this nice functions in Kayako but I have to give up on them because every where I go I see some thing is not right.

And no body knows when there will be a fix.

I am sorry some body can tell me if there is going to be some fix for these issues ? Ofcourse some day there will be but can any body tell us when the next update will be?

You can track reported issues for yourself at the bug tracker: Kayako Bug Tracker - Issue List.

Good progress is being made, with more than two thirds of the 3.20.03 roadmap so far complete. We cannot give an ETA on each separate issue.

Some of them are reported for 3.30.00

I hope those fixes come earlier
