Unhappy All tickets disappeared - 18-07-2007, 01:11 AM

We're running version 3.10.02. For some strange reason all tickets have disappeared from the staff cp. We compared the backup of our DB to the current db and the size is exactly the same. I tried changing views, repairing various tables etc. but no luck. Any ideas what we can do to be able to view our tickets again?

Are you sure you have permissions to see the tickets under the specific department ?

Tickets will not disapper from the software just like that. You need to check the staff user permission using which you are accessing the Staff CP.

If the DB is the same size as you said, there is no way the tickets are gone. It will just be a permissions error as SupportSkins said.
