It is simple RSS feed which you can grab using any of the RSS scripts available at hotscripts.com. We use one such for our helpdesk and it works wonderfully well. We use RSS Fetch script which can found at -- http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/48456.html and it works very well for us. Search for RSS in PHP section at hotscripts, you will find many more.
