Set so only logged in users can submit ticket - 25-04-2008, 08:40 AM

I'm having the small issue where people can create tickets without being logged in (additional fields: "Full name" and "Email" are shown on the form).

I'm still a bit new to the software, how do I remedy this?

Thanks!

This isn't possible. Tickets need an email address associated with them so notifications of replies can be sent.

I'm sorry, I must have mis-phrased my issue.

I am using LoginShare with vbulletin, which enables my forum users to sign into esupport without reregistering.
Prior to logging in, the "Submit a Ticket" option is available, allowing unregistered users to submit a ticket simply by additionally inputting their name and email address on the form itself.

I would like to set it so that *only* logged in users may submit tickets.

Oh, go Staff CP -> Users -> Manage Groups -> Guest and disable the submit ticket widget and also disable submitting tickets for guests.
