Oh the irony...
Bad support for support software
It seems that so much work goes into this software, and so many people use it these days, that they would be more on the ball with helping their paying customers. Hopefully they're working on things and everything will be ironed out soon enough.
In the meantime, I guess I'll have to close down my current version to shut these off these holes open to the world. Unless someone can direct me to an upgrade download.
