Any Help? Anyone? Bueler? - 29-06-2006, 06:42 PM

I sent a support ticket and marked it as critical...24 hours and no response. So maybe someone in here can help me.

I'm running 2.1.8 esupport, obviously needs to be updated due to known issues. I wasn't aware until we discovered something yesterday and I did some reading here. So I want to upgrade to either a secure version...but i'm also interested in moving to a 3x version, so is there an upgrade to this and what's the cost? Or do you have to just purchase an entire new license? I would assume I could upgrade from a 2x version to 3x for a lessor charge, but I can't figure it out on the pricing page.

The biggest concern is I need to get the software upgraded to make it secure and can't get a response. Anyone?

Oh the irony...

Bad support for support software

It seems that so much work goes into this software, and so many people use it these days, that they would be more on the ball with helping their paying customers. Hopefully they're working on things and everything will be ironed out soon enough.

In the meantime, I guess I'll have to close down my current version to shut these off these holes open to the world. Unless someone can direct me to an upgrade download.

you can login to your account at members.kayako.net and once logged in you can Renew your Upgrade/Support if it has expired then once you do that you will have access to download and install latest version of v2 or if you wanna upgrade you would be able to download v3. So no you dont need to purchase another full license if you have the owned version in which case you just pay the $39.95 for the Upgrade/Support Renewal.
