Hi

i can no longer use any of the kayako win apps after installing the 12 windows updates MS released.

I use windows Vista Home Premium

the error is:

does anyone else have this problem?

Have you tried reinstalling the latest version (http://hotfix.kayako.com/winapp/Kaya...E-3.1.1.36.exe)?
