I have recently signed up for the HOSTED eSupport version (obviously because a. we do not have our owm mail server and b. because we do not have the skills to setup the full version).
I am looking for other people out there who also use the hosted option - there does not seem to be a manual avalable for this and replies from Kayako support are lacking to say the least.
I am having trouble configuring our mail accounts on the hosted version (we plan to use eSupport across 3-4 domains).
Hope there are others that have been thru this and who is willing to lend me a helping hand
