Exclamation aol feedback report, cut off ? - 03-10-2008, 10:48 PM

I get abuse/spam complaints form AOL (scomp@aol.net)

The body is always like this:

Quote:
This is an email abuse report for an email message with the message-id of 20081003222426.62f981d5578b@www.domain.com received from IP address [ip address] on Fri, 03 Oct 2008 18:24:42 -0400

For information, please review the top portion of the following page:
http://postmaster.aol.com/tools/fbl.html

For information about AOL E-mail guidelines, please see
http://postmaster.aol.com/guidelines/

If you would like to cancel or change the configuration for your FBL please contact our postmaster help desk. Up to date contact information for the postmaster help desk is located at
http://postmaster.aol.com/contact
The problem is there is no actual email headers and email body shown in the abuse ticket. However, the entire info DOES appear in the mail parser log for the same ticket (even shows as "success").

Why would this happen?

I have no rules set in 'manage rules'. The email queue for the abuse email (my company) is set to fetch as pop3, queue type is "tickets"

Somebody has reported one of your emails. I wouldn't worry about it if it is just the one report you have received.

I'm aware of what it is. That is not the question at all. The question is why is the header/body not processing through the ticket system and only showing up in the mail parser.

I made that very clear in my OP

Hi Chadi,

Could it be one of your breakline rules that is interfering with the content of the e-mail (i.e. if a breakline was mistaken, all content below it would be chopped).

What breakline rules are you talking about? I never set any breakline rules
