AOL 9 uses IE codebase I thought. I don't see any reason it would cause problems.

Regardless, I wouldn't suggest anybody uses AOL's software. It was voted worst software ever...

Hi Craig

I couldn't agree with you more - but unfortunately, we support 1200 distance learning students, and have no control whatsover on what software they install onto their computers - most are probably using what was supplied to them as OEM when they purchased their machines.

About 50 of the students have AOL email addresses (and so we assume are using AOL browser), and we now have three students with the same problem. We are trying to obtain a copy of AOL v9 to try and see what the issue is - its probably uptight settings of some sort. Happily we have about 10 AOL users who have registered and can log on successfully, and have asked them what version they are using.

All the fun of running a support desk

Alex

Does the support desk have issues with the latest version of Opera as well? I personally have not used it but some one told me the CSS does not render correctly.
