API Request - 09-12-2007, 06:31 PM

Is there an API where we can submit, update and view open tickets? Would like to tie into our existing software.

There isn't at the moment, but we are actively working on one. There isn't an ETA available, as the API is massive and covers many parts of the software. If you would like to e-mail me at the address in my signature, I can add you to a notification mailing list for when it is completed.

Thanks,

Although it is in development, could you please post what you will be able to do with the API?

I can get a full list of what is done so far shortly, but the API covers things like ticket posting, ticket getting, user creation, task list interfaces and so on.
