Hi Josh, The framework for API is in place and it does use XML-RPC. However, We havent implemented any functions as of yet. If you can make a list of required functions then we will add them, We plan to expand the API based on requests by our users. I have just submited this as a feature request as well. The functionality I am looking for would be: In order of importance. -Create registered user -Show [open|closed|on hold] tickets (status, requestor, and subject, time last updated) -Create ticket -Display ticket (original ticket and all responses) -Ammend ticket -Change ticket status |
