Application Pool Crash - 09-08-2007, 05:32 PM

We have 2 installations of SupportSuite v3.10.02. One for internal customers, and one for external customers. Both have been working well, and we have been very happy with them.

On one of them, suddenly, anytime make a change in systems settings, the application pool crashes.

Has anyone seen this (or better yet, fixed it)?

He is probably referencing IIS Application Pools

I'm no IIS expert, but I believe they give your webapp it's own memory space or some such.

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.

Try putting your two sites in their own AppPools
