| Aspell not on hosted SupportSuit accounts. -

I tried using the Spell Check function today for the first time on our hosted Support Suite account and kept getting errors. Contacted support and was told that is is not available on the hosted accounts.
I have 2 questions....
#1 Why does Kayako offer hosted accounts and not offer all of the features of Support Suite with it?
#2 Why is this not noted in the description or ordering process when signing up for a hosted account?
I am very happy with the rest of the product but I feel if I am paying for a hosted version of a product by the same company that created the product then ALL of the features should be made available to me.
