Assign tickets based on custom field - 13-03-2006, 01:55 PM

Hi.

Number one.
I'd like to know if this is possible. For example.
I have a customfield with radiobuttons:
1. reading
2. Writing
3. walking

Is it possible to direct the ticket to different departments based on what radiobutton the select? If it is can someone please help me out.

If this is not possible, can someone please help me with how to design the ticket creationpage so that it would group departments.

I am also working on this, I have not find a solution yet. It will be very nice to be able to do so

I'm also interested in auto-assigning staff based on a custom field. We aren't using the Mail Parser
