Question Attach chat log to ticket? - 27-03-2006, 05:31 PM

How do you attach a chat in history to an existing ticket?

We're testing out the kayako system and have run into an issue which I'm sure is simple but we haven't figured it out.

A Ticket was submitted by one user,then a chat took place with a different user. Both were regarding the same issue so attempted to go into chat history, open up the chat, and then 'attach' or somehow 'associate' that chat with the Ticket in question. Couldn't see any options in the chat history other than to delete the chat however. Also couldn't see how to do this in the reverse direction (open up the Ticket, go to Chat area, associate with a chat from history).

Sorry to be so dense but what are we missing? How do you 'attach' a chat to a ticket?
