When a client emails a ticket with an attachement, I can see the attachement in Staff CP and it shows the size, but when I try to view it or download it, it comes up as zero size. This is in a windows environment. I have tried Storage type as both Database and "files" directory, they both behave the same. Anyone got any ideas. Thanks, Mark. |

No. It has been fixed and was all to do with file permissions or more correctly directory security. Basically I have made it wide open for the wwwroot directory and it all works now. |
