Attachments not received when staff replies! - 08-05-2006, 05:43 AM

Since upgrading to .80, when a staff replies to a client ticket via web interface, the attachment shows fine in Kayako, client receives the email but with no attachment!

70% of our ticket replies include an attachment, fixes for client files and apps!

PLEASE HELP!!!

This is fixed in the CVS builds, it will be in .81 once Varun releases it.

Question VARUN... Please release .81 - 14-05-2006, 05:05 AM

We are using Kayako's hosting of our e-Support. When can we expect it to be updated to the changes in CVS? It is important that I be able to attach files to outgoing replies...

Please help us!

I downloaded the CVS on 5/11 and still has the same problem on staff replys.

I also need to send attachments. I dont' think I will be a customer until this .81 version comes out stable that will allow attachments to be sent, however many months or years this is going to take!!!

We have successfully updates to 3.0081 and are still having problems with attachments when an email is replied to.

Is anyone else still seeing this issue?

I am running .90 and I am still having this issue. Attachments come in fine, but when a user tries to send out an attachment on a reply, the reply message makes it to the user, but not the attchment. It has failed for every type of attachment, and no it is not a blocking anything on my mail server. This fails for simple .txt files.

I'm having this same problem and am using the hosted version, which is apparently still at 3.00.8. Any idea when the hosted version will be updated so it fixes this? Seems like a pretty serious bug.
