The setting:
"
Automatically Add CC Users As Recipients"
Has a bug-- if a user accidentally replies to a ticket and adds the queue email address as a CC user (this can happen if they use the "
reply to all" function of Outlook or similar) then Kayako adds the queue as a CC user on the Ticket, which is redundant and un-necessary. I imagine it might cause some strange mail loops as well.
I have submitted this bug report using the bugtracker, it is issue #310:

Please can anyone else confirm this? Kayako can we get a fix please?
