Auto close ticket

is there a way to auto close tickets after a certain time if no response back ?

like in orts.. you choose a delay.. 24 hours.. and if no answer back by then it autocloses them ?

Ya, Admin CP -> Settings -> Tickets -> Ticket Automatic Close Settings

Yea. I find the best way is to just go through all settings and play around when you get a new piece of software. Thats what I did with Kayako anyhoo.
