Auto On-Hold

Hello,

I understand that this question is going to be answered really easy, but i cannot find my way around Kayako too well yet! Its like a ****pit!

I want to setup, so when my staff/admins reply to a ticket, the ticket is automatically put into "On-Hold" status, is there an easy way of doing this?

Well the the staff member is replying via the Staff CP he/she can select On Hold via the Status Drop Down menu and then type their message and then once they hit submit it will post the message and change the status to On Hold..

Or will the staff members be replying via email. If so I will check on that...

They will be replying via email and the cpanel, however, eitherway i would like a way so its automatically done! Sometimes staff may forget to press on hold anyway.
