Hello I was wondering how it could possible to get auto reply answers in french or english (we have right now all in french because it is default language) depending on which email we got contacted ex : support_fr@domain.com will open a ticket on support fr dept and mails will be in french support_us@domain.com will open a ticket on support us dept and emails will be in english thanks for your help |
