Auto-Responder and CC's - 03-12-2008, 06:44 PM

We were getting loops created due to auto-Responder ticket notifications going out to CC'd users. I have turned it off with the following setting in admin:

Dispatch Auto Responder for CC Users?
If Enabled, SupportSuite will automatically dispatch an autoresponder message to the CC users. The autoresponder message is dispatched without the password of the creator even if this option is enabled.

Now the issue we are having is no auto-responders are being sent to the email originator if there are people CC'd on the original email.

Examples:

usera emails techsupport with no CC's: usera receives auto-responder ticket notification

userb emails techsupport and cc's userc and userd: nobody receives auto-responder ticket notifications.

Is there another setting I am missing somewhere?

Thanks!

That's strange.
And when userA emails techsupport with CC users? (maybe it's a userB mailbox error?)

Disregard. Turns out the flood protection was doing it's job. Since we were sending several tests within the 600 seconds it saw it as flooding and stopped the autoresponders.
