Auto Unassignment function - 23-04-2008, 06:52 AM

I've found that some tickets automatically changed their Assigned status to some staff member to "Unassigned". I reviewed Audit Logs and didn't find any information about this action. Is there an option ( that I couldn't find so far ) for tickets auto-unassignment for some period of time or any other action.

If you switch departments it clears the ownership.
